All Members and participants must be on time for class! Instructors have the right to refuse entry into class if the participant is more than 10 minutes late. The first 10 minutes of class is where the Instructor leads a warm-up. Warming up is crucial as it gets the mind and body read for working out and prevents injury. You must give your class pass to your instructor at the start of class.
All membership and drop-in payments are non-refundable. If you registered a spot with a payment and are unable to attend class and you have given the Studio 6-hours notice, you may reschedule another class without penalty.
Registering to Attend a Class:
All Classes are subject to a strict 6-Hour Cancellation Policy:
Any Members or Guests who do not show up or cancel with less than 6 hours notice will be subject to the following penalties:
Guests: If this is your first time attending a class where registration is needed, you have 6 hours to notify us by phone, e-mail, or–if you have a log-in name and password–to cancel your registration online. Payment is non-refundable, but we are more than happy to reschedule you to another date. If you miss the 6-hour notification cut-off, we assume you are taking the class and the class cannot be rescheduled, refunded, or credited.
Punch Card Members: if a spot is reserved in class and the punch card member does not show up and did not give us 6-hours notice, a class will be automatically deducted from your punch card. All your upcoming reservations will also be cancelled. If the Punch Card Member reserves a spot in class and does not show up for the second time without advanced notice, a punch will be deducted from the Member’s punch card, all upcoming classes will be cancelled, and a warning will be sent in an e-mail which informs the Member that the reservation privileges will be taken away if the Member does not show up one more time. If the Member does not show up for the third time, the reservation privileges will be taken away completely for 2 weeks.
Monthly Members: if a spot is reserved in class and the Monthly Member does not show without 6-hours notice for the first time, we will delete ALL upcoming class reservations. If the monthly member does not show up for class a second time without notice, all upcoming reservations will be removed again and a warning message will be sent which will inform the Member that the reservation privileges will be removed if there is a third time. If the Monthly Member does not show up for the third time without notice, the reservation privileges will be taken away completely for 2 weeks.
Without registering, members who drop in the class will only be given a spot if space is available on a first-come first-serve basis.
Members who are more than 5 minutes late WITHOUT NOTICE will forfeit their spot in the class. The spot will be granted to anyone on the wait list who are present at the studio. If an unforeseen situation arises that prevents a member from being on time for class, please give the studio a call in order to keep your spot.
How the Wait List Works
If a class is full and there is a wait list option, we highly recommend taking that option! Members’ plans do change last minute, which means there is a good chance you can still get into the class. When a spot becomes available, the first person on the wait list will be AUTOMATICALLY put into the available spot. This person will be notified via email, and if this is you but you wish to cancel, please do so before the 6-hour cut off.
