1.

How much are classes?

Class prices range from $4- $28 per class, depending on the membership or punch card each person has. A first time drop-in is $15. To see all the membership and Punch Card prices Click HERE

I have no experience in Pole or Aerial anything, are there classes for me?

Absolutely!  95% of our classes are designed for all levels or Aerial or general fitness. This means it doesn't matter if you are brand new, or a seasoned aerialist, our classes will work for you.  When choosing your classes be sure to read the class descriptions which will tell you if there are any prerequisites for that class. If you still are unsure about a particular class, feel free to text or call us!


3.

I have no strength/coordination, can I still take classes?

A phrase Angel has used many times in the past is "If I only taught strong and coordinated people, I would have been out of business years ago!".  The classes at Angel's Aerial will make you strong, and coordinated and fitter overall. You do NOT have to be fit or coordinated to start. Angel was incredibly inflexible and uncoordinated when she started, same with many many of the students and staff. Take the plunge and see! You won't regret it!

I'm not really interested in Pole Fitness, got anything else?

Oh boy do we ever! Flexibility training (not yoga), Hip hop dance, Abs & Ass class, cardio classes, Upper Body Power, Aerial Hoop, Shake dat Ass (twerk), just to name a few! Sometimes pole fitness is just not somebody's thing, which is totally ok, cause we have several other options for you! To see our full class schedule CLICK HERE

My schedule is all over the place, can I still take classes?

Yes! All of our classes are drop-ins. Which means you don't have to commit to a certain day or time each week. You can take any class, any time, as often as you like. Just login online and click the class you want!  No two classes are ever the same so even if you do take the same class each week, you won't get bored, cause we are always cooking up something new to keep your body guessing...and changing!
